If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability and the situation.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), MB Smart BD will cover the return shipping cost

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
